"Coverall"
This coverall was inspired by a simple house brand item from a long time ago.
All the pockets have been designed to be large, so that various small items can be easily stored and carried.
Fabric: " MAX HIGH COUNT HEMP "
This original material is woven on an old-fashioned loom at a historic weaving mill in the Boshu region. It's a plain weave using thick hemp yarn in both warp and weft, woven to the absolute maximum density. After weaving, a nido-mu process (a type of shrinkage treatment) is applied, causing the fabric to shrink significantly and creating a textured surface. The rubbing of the fabric during this process softens the surface nap, resulting in a smooth, almost velvety feel. While the high-density weave initially creates a stiff fabric like canvas, the nido-mu process gives it the texture of aged cloth, as if it has been cherished for many years.
