Application expiration date
We will do it within 3 days after your order. If there is no payment for 3 days after placing an order, we will assume that you have no intention of purchasing and the order will be automatically cancelled.
Defective product
We will replace or repair any initial defects that occur within 7 days from the date of arrival of the product.
Delivery time
We will ship within 1-2 business days after receiving your order.

If there is a delay due to unfavorable weather, delivery company's convenience, or any other reason, we will notify you by e-mail.

Payment will be processed through the payment service " KOMOJU ". Please follow the instructions on the screen to complete the procedure. Payment deadline is 3 days. The transfer fee will be borne by the customer. If payment cannot be confirmed within the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled, but please contact us if you wish to cancel. If payment cannot be confirmed within the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled, but if you wish to cancel, please contact "info@southstoreokinawa.com". In addition, the order is not confirmed until payment is confirmed, and if the product is sold out before payment is made, it will be canceled.

About returns
Please be sure to check that there are no defects on the product. In the unlikely event that there is a defect in the product or if there is a difference from the ordered product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. We will replace the product at our expense. If the product cannot be exchanged because it is sold out, discontinued, or limited, we will refund the product price and cash-on-delivery fee after returning the product at our expense.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges , or cancellations after ordering due to customer's convenience.
Also, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・Products that have been used by the customer for more than 8 days ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ・Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer ・Accessories such as product boxes, tags, and instructions is defaced, damaged, or lost
All of the products we handle have cleared the manufacturer's quality standards and have also met the inspection standards of domestic authorized distributors.

We can send your order by EMS(Express Mail Service). Shipments within Japan will be delivered by YAMATO TRANSPORT Co.,ltd. Deliveries are dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving your order. There may be cases where deliveries are delayed or specific countries and regions cannot be delivered to due to factors out of our control. SOUTH STORE is not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the courier or customs agencies. All first time purchases using a credit card require BILLING INFORMATION CONFIRMATION, and will not be dispatched until confirmation incomplete.

All International deliveries are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. For deliveries shipped within Japan, a 10% consumption tax fee will be added.

SOUTH STORE is not responsible for any charges incurred in the recipient's country from customs, duties or taxes. cannot tell you in advance what the cost of duties will be. NO REFUNDS
