NEAT is a Japanese pants specialty brand starting from the 2015 fall/winter season. NEAT means "neat" or "well-behaved" in English. The brand concept is the same, ``wear a T-shirt as a top, sneakers on your feet, but wear proper pants. Just doing that will give you an elegant look.''

The fabric is made of high-quality, low-fuzz compact thread that is woven vertically and horizontally to create a fabric with an elegant sheen and firmness. The material has been pressed to its limits, so it has a smooth feel like nylon.
The silhouette is wide with a voluminous feel. The 2-tuck design is loose around the waist and tapered from below the knee to the hem. It has a three-dimensional appearance with a strong presence, so it creates a nice atmosphere even when paired with a single T-shirt. The hem has been processed with a lock sewing machine, making it easy to adjust to double, single, or ankle length.
