Fabric: " SUPER ZERO JERSEY "
This is an original SUPER ZERO high density jersey knitted by a knitter in Wakayama. Two 40/1 SUPER ZERO yarns are pulled together and knitted to the maximum possible ultra-high density. Despite being knitted to an ultra-high density, the SUPER ZERO yarn is used, and the finished fabric is untwisted, resulting in a fabric with almost no twist in the yarn. Therefore, compared to high density fabrics on the market, the fabric is not stiff despite its high density, and while retaining the stiffness derived from high density, it is soft, contains more air, and is light and full of volume. Another characteristic of the texture is that it has a dry touch like vintage, but this is a by-product of degreasing the yarn by boiling it at high temperature for a long time during the untwisting process. With each wear and wash, the untwisted yarn will further loosen, allowing you to enjoy the vintage-like aging process.
