HEUGN
"Yugen" originates from the meaning of " the subtle charm of something that is profound and unfathomable. "
HEUGN pursues the " deep and immeasurable beauty " inherent in Japanese people, exploring the space between " tradition " and " the present. "
Well-made, simple, high-quality, elegant, and with a profound beauty.
It's about cherishing your favorite clothes, wearing them with care, and allowing them to transcend generations, becoming clothes that increase in value over time.
" Clothes that you want to wear for a long, long time ."
We will continue to focus on the fundamental aspects of creating important products that connect people's hearts.
"Albert Black"
The " Albert " overcoat is a staple of the brand. It's based on a French overcoat from the 1940s . Characterized by its beautiful raglan sleeves and three- piece sleeve construction for enhanced mobility, it features a design that naturally flatters various body types, even when worn with the collar standing up as a stand collar. The silhouette is an A- line with a generous body and a shorter length, making it versatile enough to complement any pant style.
The material used is a traditional gabardine fabric, originally used for formal wear, which was specially commissioned from a Boshu weaving mill that was founded 150 years ago. It is a fabric that combines firmness and elegance.
We use fabric specially commissioned from a weaving mill in Boshu, which has been in business for 150 years.
