A.PRESSE is a brand that adds value to our wardrobe. This is a project to think about and create the kind of clothes that would make it into the first team.
I have a problem where even though I buy a lot of different clothes, I always end up wearing my favorites.
That's why my fashion is so ordinary and boring.
To be honest, I want to increase the number of favorites.
I want to have lots of things that I want to wear every day.
That's all I have as a clothing aspiration.
If you look in a second-hand clothing store, you have a high chance of finding clothes that you can wear for a long time,
What I actually want is some modern clothes to go with the vintage items.
All the cool people around me are like that.
I admire how she skillfully mixes new and old things together.
Even though there is so much stuff and information out there,
Why can't you find a favorite to make the first team?
I was exhausted from all the unnecessary shopping.
In order to solve this mystery, I decided to create an editorial department that could both create and disseminate information.
"Vintage Black Linen Trousers"
[Design] Based on the vintage Mackinnon trousers, the rise has been shortened, the waist belt has been narrowed, and the three buttons on the front have been reduced to one , softening the excessive design of the waist and making them easier to wear. The details that symbolize these pants remain intact, such as the distinctive waist pocket design connected from the side seam, the front hook, and the back pocket with the kneaded welt. The side seams are stitched in a contrasting color. The silhouette is slightly loose around the waist, and tapers gently from the knee to the hem.
[Outer fabric] Linen canvas made with linen threads for both warp and weft. This is an ultra-high density fabric that can only be woven by one company in Japan. The front side is nano-pigment printed and the back side is reactive printed. Since the front side is pigment printed, the more you wash it, the more the color fades, and you can feel the changes over time. The back side is printed with reactive dyes to prevent color fading, taking into consideration the possibility of color transfer when worn.
