Application expiration date
Payment must be made within 3 days of placing your order. If payment is not received within 3 days of placing your order, we will assume that you have no intention of purchasing and your order will be automatically cancelled.

We will replace or repair any initial defects that occur within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it.

Bank transfer :
Payment will be processed through the payment service " KOMOJU ." Please follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process. The payment deadline is 3 days. Bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer. If payment is not confirmed within the deadline, your order will be automatically canceled, but please contact us if you wish to cancel. Also, your order is not confirmed until payment is confirmed, and if the product is sold out before payment is made, it will be canceled.
Convenience store payment :
Payment will be processed through the payment service " KOMOJU ." You can choose to pay at Lawson, FamilyMart, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, or Seico Mart. Please follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process. The payment deadline is 3 days. If payment is not confirmed within the deadline, your order will be automatically canceled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at "info@southstoreokinawa.com." Please note that your order is not confirmed until payment is confirmed, and if the product is sold out before payment is made, it will be canceled.

Smartphone payments:
Payment will be processed through the payment service " KOMOJU ." You can choose to pay with PAYPAY, LINE PAY, or Merpay. Please follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process.
About returns
Please be sure to check that the product is not defective. If the product is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will exchange the product at our expense. If an exchange is not possible, such as for sold-out, discontinued, or limited edition items, we will refund the product price and cash-on-delivery fees after you return the product at our expense.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges , or cancellations of orders due to customer convenience .
Please also note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago ・Products that have been used by the customer ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ・Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer ・If the product box, tag, instruction manual, or other accessories have been soiled, damaged, or lost

ABOUT OVERSEAS ORDER
SERVICES
We can send your order by EMS(Express Mail Service). Shipments within Japan will be delivered by YAMATO TRANSPORT Co.,ltd. Deliveries are dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving your order. There may be cases where deliveries are delayed or specific countries and regions cannot be delivered to due to factors out of our control. SOUTH STORE is not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the courier or customs agencies. All first time purchases using a credit card require BILLING INFORMATION CONFIRMATION, and will not be dispatched until confirmation in complete.
Japan Post announced that it will largely cease accepting mail items (parcels, EMS, etc.) destined for the United States starting Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
Consequently, parcels to the United States will be shipped via Yamato Transport's International Takkyubin service. Upon arrival in the United States, they will be delivered by UPS, Yamato Transport's partner delivery company.
Delivery may take longer than usual. Please be aware of this when placing your order.

TAXES & DUTIES
All International deliveries are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. For deliveries shipped within Japan, a 10% consumption tax fee will be added.
When ordering goods from SOUTH STORE internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. SOUTH STORE is not responsible for any charges incurred in the recipient's country from customs, duties or taxes. SOUTH STORE has no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what the cost of duties will be. If you would like to know how much your duties will be on an order, please contact your local customs office.
NO REFUNDS
All sales are final, and the SOUTH STORE does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. Please check the product details before purchase.
