・ Because each piece is dyed and washed using a special process, there will be slight variations in color, wrinkles, and texture.
・ Please note that although we take great care in producing dyed products, there may be some color transfer depending on the circumstances.
* Hand-dyed products, handling precautions
・ We make the most of the natural dyeing process, which naturally produces uneven dyeing, stains, texture, and other unique characteristics. We ask that you refrain from returning or exchanging items for reasons such as "there were uneven dyeing," "I'm not satisfied with the way it dyed," "I'm not satisfied with the texture," or "there are stains."
・ There is a possibility that the product may have a dye smell, but this is a smell unique to natural dyes, so we ask that you refrain from returning or exchanging the product due to the characteristics of natural dyes.
* High-density fabric products, handling precautions
・ As the fabric is woven at an extremely high density, please do not put excessive pressure on it, as this may cause the fabric to tear or rip.
・ Because we use a unique, ultra-high density fabric, sewing is extremely difficult, and pinholes may be visible in the stitching and other areas. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to pinholes or other issues.
