A.PRESSE , with the concept of "CLOTHING EDITORIAL DEPARTMENT," edits, produces, and sells timeless and essential clothing that will become staples in people's wardrobes.
"1st Type Denim Jacket"
[Design] Based on the 40's 506XXE, commonly known as " T -back." The length has been slightly extended to make it easier to wear without being too short. The original design had little shoulder slope, and wrinkles tended to accumulate from the shoulders to the armholes. However, the silhouette has been improved by lowering the shoulder slope and slightly raising the sleeve cap. Original tuck buttons are used.
[Material] The fabric is tightly woven to replicate the threads used in the 501XX from the late 50's to early 60's. It is made of 13oz red selvedge indigo denim with a beautiful vertical fading texture and a vintage feel.
[Processing] Recreating the vintage look, we have gone through a process that can only be achieved by hand, faithfully recreating the tasteful aging process with uneven coloring.
* The original tack buttons are made of iron, so they may change over time and become blackened or rusty.
