"Coverall"
This coverall was inspired by a simple house brand item from a bygone era.
All the pockets have been designed to be large, making it easy to store various small items and easy to carry.
The tack buttons are made of unpainted iron. They will gradually rust, therefore... It develops a unique texture and appearance.
Fabric: " RAW DENIM "
This selvedge denim is characterized by its unique texture, carefully woven on an old-fashioned power loom ( shuttle loom ) at a historic mill in Okayama Prefecture. It's made using raw denim fabric that has undergone absolutely no finishing processes, including washing or shrinkage treatment, after weaving. Because of the use of old-fashioned looms, production efficiency is extremely low; only a few meters can be woven per hour. However, this meticulous method allows the fabric to achieve a unique texture combining crispness and volume without applying excessive tension to the warp threads. We use carefully selected cotton, meticulously considering the fiber quality and length. Furthermore, we pay close attention to the twist and shape to achieve the desired crisp hand feel.
* Please note the following precautions when handling denim products.
・ Because a special used-look treatment, dyeing, and washing process is applied, each item will have a different used-look feel, color unevenness, wrinkles, and wear. Also, there may be small damage holes in some areas due to the damage treatment.
・ We make the most of the unique characteristics of the used-look processing, such as natural dyeing unevenness, stains, wear, and damage. Returns and exchanges due to the unique characteristics of the used-look processing, such as "there was dyeing unevenness," "there are stains," "I'm not satisfied with the wear," or "I'm not satisfied with the damage," are not accepted. Please understand this before placing your order.
・ Regarding products that have undergone garment washing or dyeing, we take great care in the manufacturing process, but size variations may occur depending on the circumstances. Please understand this in advance.
・ Because we use iron-made tack buttons and rivets, there may be some rust even when the product is brand new. Also, it will rust and change over time with repeated wear. Please be careful of color transfer when washing and wearing.
