Fabric “CLASSIC.STYLE COTTON WOOL GABARDINE”
An original cotton wool gabardine that was reinterpreted and developed based on the archive materials of Bishu's historic weaving shop, with the aim of creating a suit fabric with a unique presence. Made with wool for the warp and cotton for the weft, using a modified weave that combines twill and basket weave. The stripes are made with a uniquely colored heathered thread made from twisted gray and red threads, adding a touch of delicacy to the masculine stripes. By slowly weaving on an old-fashioned loom, the fabric has a unique texture that is dry and hard. It has a unique presence that is like an antique, which is not found in current fabrics. It is a fabric that is very interesting to see how it changes over time as it is used.
