The designer is Norio Terada.
After graduating from the Design Department of Bunka Fashion College, she built her career working for domestic brands and select shops.
After gaining experience in design and production management, he became independent in 2016 and launched York with the 2018 Autumn/Winter collection.
"Wool Washer Tropical Double Breasted Jacket"
Design
This double-breasted jacket is made from our classic washed wool twill. This season, we've made the sleeve width and cuffs slightly larger than before, giving it a more relaxed feel. We've also changed the front lapel shape from peak to notch, enlarged the collar and lapel sizes, and changed the front buttons from two to three. The jacket is unlined so that it feels like you're wearing a shirt, and all seams are French seamed.
Fabric
Both the warp and weft threads are made from 90 Super 120's yarn, giving the fabric a soft, fine wool feel. After dyeing, the fabric is tumbled in a washer to create an uneven, wrinkled surface, creating a cool, comfortable material.
