The brand was founded in 2019 in TAXCO , Mexico, known as the city of silver.
All jewellery is created by local silversmiths using traditional techniques.
The name " XOLO " comes from the hairless dog, a breed endemic to Mexico, and embodies the beautiful luster of the XOLO and the familiarity it has with the Mexican people.

Since the first mine was discovered in North and Central America, this silver town boomed during the silver rush during the Spanish colonial period.
The walls of the houses and the taxis are all white and beige, creating a beautiful townscape that retains the colonial style.
Mexican jewelry, the oldest producer of silver jewelry, continues to produce world-famous jewelry using traditional techniques.
