Hender Scheme

Hender Scheme, while respecting the differences between sexes, proposes a concept that transcends gender schemas structured by human experience and environment, without gender mediating appearance. The brand name Hender Scheme is a coinage from the psychological term Gender Schema. By changing the initial G of Gender to H, which is one letter after it in the alphabet, the brand expresses its concept of "transcending gender." With a concept of "designing freely beyond gender, irrespective of male and female differences" in the field of "design," which belongs to social gender, the brand emphasizes the balance between mode and craft, designing well-balanced "objects."

A slip-on shoe featuring the "VIBRAM COMPONENT" sole, developed by Vibram, which can be assembled without lasting or adhesive.
It features a design where the whole-cut upper and sole are connected by a cord, making the upper appear as if it's floating.
The shrink cow leather, also used in the "soft shrink" series, is characterized by its thickness, elasticity, and supple texture, creating a three-dimensional look.
This pair of shoes combines a sporty mood with leather shoe craftsmanship, assembled by hand-stitching with tactical cord passed through the slits in the upper.
The upper features an elastic cord hand-stitched to the moccasin part, which then extends to the collar adjuster. This design follows the aesthetic of the previously released "full lace trek." This design allows the elastic cord in the moccasin stitch area to stretch when walking, providing a comfortable fit.
It is adorned with a "tick tag" branding made of vegetable-tanned leather that will age beautifully.
