"Washed Denim Wide Pants"
[Design] The thickness and position of the belt loops, the location of the rivets, etc. are based on the wartime model. It has been microwaved. It features original tuck buttons.
[Material] The fabric is 13.5oz Kibata denim, which is an analysis of the war model. The yarn is spun using tightly twisted nep yarn and cotton leaf residue. The unevenness reproduces the natural machine unevenness caused by the cotton blend and machine settings, and the weft yarn has been analyzed and its rotation speed and shape changed compared to the warp yarn. The color of the cotton itself is now produced with improved varieties to a high degree of whiteness, but American cotton ( EMOT "Eastern, Memphis, New Orleans, Texas" ) is blended in to reproduce a creamy color similar to the brown cotton of the time. It reproduces a darker indigo color than regular cotton, without any additives such as sulfur.
[Processing] A wash finish reminiscent of a mint condition one-wash, which is almost unheard of in vintage items.
