"Washed Denim Wide Pants"
[Design] The design follows the WWII model, including the thickness and position of the belt loops and the placement of the rivets. It's microwave-safe. Features original tuck buttons.
[Material] The fabric is Kiba-ta denim, which was analyzed based on the 13.5oz WWII model. The threads were extracted from vintage clothing, resulting in a weaker... The yarn is spun with strong twist and contains nep fibers and cotton leaf debris. The uneven texture is due to the cotton blend and machine settings. The natural unevenness of the machine is reproduced, and the weft threads are changed in terms of rotation speed and shape based on the analysis of the warp threads. Cotton itself: Currently, varieties with high whiteness are produced through breeding improvements, but at the time... To reproduce a creamy color similar to that of tea cotton, we use EMOT (Eastern, Memphis, ...). It contains a blend of "New Orleans, Texas " and other ingredients. It's a regular grade fuel with no additives like sulfur. It reproduces a deeper indigo color.
[Processing] The wash finish is designed to mimic the look of a one-wash, mint-condition item, which is rarely seen in vintage pieces.
