"Vintage Chino Trousers"
[Design] Based on vintage trousers, the fabric and finish have been recreated. The wide silhouette is slightly tapered, giving a relaxed fit that doesn't dig into the hips. Features include ultra-thin belt loops and carefully hand-crafted welt pockets.
[Material] This chino fabric uses an uneven extra-long staple cotton warp thread and a mixture of natural and uneven yarns for the weft. The gabardine weave and sulfur dyes make the uneven weft yarns more visible, resulting in a vintage chino with just the right amount of unevenness. The texture of the extra-long staple cotton is also a distinctive feature.
[Processing] The beige expresses the aging process of carefully worn shoes over many years, while the black expresses the subtle unevenness and dirt that has occurred over time. Both have been faithfully reproduced by hand by artisans.
