"NEAT" is a Japanese pants brand that will be launched in the fall/winter 2015 season.
NEAT means "neat" or "well-behaved" in English.
The brand concept is the same: "Wear a T-shirt on top and sneakers on your feet, but make sure to wear proper pants.
"Just doing that will give you an elegant style." That's the thought behind it.
