"Double Weave Twill Regular Collar Shirt"
[Design] Based on the 90's twill BD shirt, this shirt has a regular collar. There are six buttons on the front. The placket and armholes are chain stitched to create natural puckering. [Material] The outer fabric is a double-weave twill woven at a high density using 100/2 Supima cotton for both warp and weft. The pre-treatment process is not done on a continuous machine, but on a time-consuming jigging machine, which allows the fabric to have less tension and more volume. The finishing process gives it a vintage finish, and the fabric is kneaded to make it even softer.
ECRU/NAVY is sulfur dyed.
