Based on his experience in the production and planning of leading shirt brands both in Japan and overseas, he started the shirt brand senui in 2022. He handles everything from design to patterns and sewing by himself. He studies various vintage items from Japan, America, and Europe to create a new way of making shirts.
"Nomadic Vest"
This original vest is inspired by vintage Chimayo vests, with sizing and details reconstructed to suit modern styles.
Brand Tag :
The brand tag is inspired by a hanging scroll of ink painting. Although it is barely noticeable unless you look closely, the imprint is made using white and light grey thread.
The brand logo features letters arranged vertically, like Japanese, a rare vertically written language. The material is Bemberg, a recycled fiber made from cotton.

<Vintage Salt and Pepper Wool>
This 100% wool Salt Pepper fabric, thought to be a prototype from a fabric manufacturer, had been lying dormant in a warehouse for decades. Woven using gray and navy heathered yarn, it is an expressive material that combines the fluffy volume of wool with the firm tension of good old-fashioned fabrics. It is a special fabric that exudes a vintage vibe and retains its presence over the years.
