FAT LAVA
Ceramics made in the 1960s and 1970s in the former West Germany. It is characterized by a design resembling flowing lava, and the changes in the glaze and unique use of color are eye-catching. FAT LAVA has many fans as a collector's item in Europe, and in recent years has become a popular ceramics brand in the United States and Japan. (FAT LAVA literally means fat lava.)
