"Unknown Vintage Denim Coverall"
This is a reproduction of a vintage denim coverall of unknown age and purpose, with an exceptionally well-finished texture. The thick weft threads used for 13oz denim are densely woven, while the warp threads are made from an original denim fabric, which uses waste cotton and is densely woven to create the nep texture inherent in the immature spinning techniques of the 1930s . The aging of the patch pockets, made of different fabrics whose process and intention are unknown, has been recreated through repeated testing with an exquisite faded look. The overall wear, damage, and stains are achieved through two processes: using modern machines with cutting-edge technology and by hand by artisans, resulting in a realistic texture.
* The original tack buttons are made of iron, so they may change over time and become blackened or rusty.
