The outer fabric is made of cotton canvas, made with tightly twisted organic cotton #10 single yarn for both the warp and weft, with a different pigment coating on the front and back. To recreate the aging look of a vintage piece, a special process has been applied to create random wrinkles and faded colors. The waist pocket also features pinholes, recreating the marks left by a pocket removed by the original owner.
