He handles everything from design to patterns and sewing by himself. He studies various vintage items from Japan, America, and Europe to create a new way of making shirts.
"Inside Pockets Shirt"
Back seam :
The usual side seams have been eliminated, and the garment is sewn only at the back. The absence of side seams creates a natural drape on the sides. The yoke is a split yoke, and the seam runs neatly vertically across the back.
Hand movement :
24 fine stitches per 30mm . A normal shirt has around 15-18 stitches per 30mm , but for dress shirts, it exceeds 21-22 stitches to be considered in that zone.
collar :
Thin and soft 100% cotton plush interlining is used to shape the collar and cuffs and create an elegant curve.
sleeve :
Two- piece sleeve design. The sleeves are flapped forward by manipulating the pattern. The sleeves have also been trimmed to create a streamlined cuff by removing the hem and adding a special vent at the sleeve seam.
Armhole :
Since there are no side seams, the sleeves are attached to the body from the back, but the sleeves are attached tilted forward so that they form a line that follows the shape of the arm.
button :
The shirt uses natural shell buttons. The collar is patterned so that there are no buttons on the base collar, creating a clean and beautiful opening. Even when the first button is undone, the collar remains open just enough to create a relaxed look.
Collar :
The fabric of the collar is changed to reinforce the details of vintage shirts. The fabric used for the change is antique French linen.
Interior pocket :
There are pockets integrated with the gussets on the inside left and right sides, perfect for storing small items when wearing the jacket.
Brand Tag :
The brand tag is inspired by a hanging scroll of ink painting. Although it is barely noticeable unless you look closely, the imprint is made using white and light grey thread.
The brand logo features letters arranged vertically, like Japanese, a rare vertically written language. The material is Bemberg, a recycled fiber made from cotton.
material :
<American Sea Island Cotton>
Made from rare extra-long staple cotton, known as the finest in the world and grown in a limited area of the American Southwest, this high-count poplin fabric is carefully woven at a factory in Nishiwaki, a city famous for its shirt fabrics, resulting in a silky luster and a supple feel.
