"Double Weave Twill Regular Collar Shirt"
[Design] Based on the 90's twill BD shirt, this shirt has been redesigned with a regular collar. The front has six buttons. The placket and armholes are circular stitched to create a natural puckering effect. The stitching is designed to create natural puckering, and the shirt is made with fine thread and a fine stitch, aiming to create a casual shirt with dress shirt-level quality.
[Material] The outer fabric is a high-density double-weave twill made with Supima cotton in both the warp and weft. The pre-processing process is done on a labor-intensive jigging machine, rather than a continuous machine, to reduce tension on the fabric and give it more volume. The finishing process involves a vintage treatment, and the fabric is kneaded to make it even softer.
* ECRU is a sulfur dye, and TURQUOISE is a reactive dye.
